About Us
We are a volunteer-run Community Cinema, in the village of Lamberhurst in Kent. We show our films monthly in the village War Memorial Hall. We screen to an audience drawn from the village and surrounding areas – although we welcome everyone! Any surplus the Cinema makes is passed to the War Memorial Hall to assist with ongoing maintenance and improvements.
Our aim is to show a diverse range of films and filmed events (e.g. theatre), particularly ones you might not have had the chance to see at local commercial cinemas but which are nevertheless, worth taking a look at.
What can you expect from an evening at Lamberhurst cinema? Full cinema screen with surround sound, informal seating around small tables, reasonably priced licensed bar, cash & cards accepted, tickets just £6 for regular films, loyalty card, easy access and hearing loop, a very warm welcome!
Films start promptly at the advertised time and due to closing the doors to the hall, we regret we are unable to provide access for late arrivals.
